Acknowledge and take appropriate actions on complaints from any customers.

Maintain insurance as required by federal, state, and local rules.
Maintain licensing as required by federal, state and local rules.
Cooperate with regulatory agencies to produce codes and legislation beneficial to the general public.
Strive to eliminate excessive regulations that increase consumer costs.
